Even though we assist our clients involved in such investments, the focus of our practice is not simply the buying, building and/or selling of homes and condominiums. We advise our clients on the advantages of real property as investments. We also advise on the available funding structures for acquisition of and/or dealings in real property. We have helped a number of clients set-up and fund Real Property Investment Funds.
